环节控制结合PDCA策略在化学治疗药物静脉配置质量提升中的作用OA

Objective To evaluate the effect of link control combined with the PDCA strategy in improving the quality of intravenous allocation of chemotherapy drugs.Methods The routine allocation management model of chemotherapy drugs implemented by the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2022 was set as the control group,and the link control combined with the management model using PDCA strategy implemented from May 2022 to May 2023 was set as the observation group.The application effect of two management models were compared.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group exhibited shorter medical order review,medication placement,dispensing time,and medication cycle(P<0.05)and higher scores of the theoretical knowledge and operational skills(P<0.05).Moreover,the above scores of both groups increased compared to pre-implementation(P<0.05).The overall incidence of dispensing errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of medication quality,drug efficacy,drug safety,and drug traceability were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of link control and PDCA strategy in the intravenous allocation of chemotherapy drugs can significantly improve the efficiency of drug allocation,enhance the operational ability and satisfaction of staff,and reduce the occurrence of dispensing errors.
