Construction and application effect of a quality management system for surgical instrument cleaning in a high-quality central sterile supply department

目的 构建优质消毒供应中心手术器械清洗质量管理体系并探讨应用效果.方法 选取联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院消毒供应中心的220 件器械以及供应中心的9 名护士和84 例术后患者作为研究对象,将2022 年1~6 月参与实验的110 件器械、42 例术后患者作为对照组,将2022 年7~12 月参与实验的110 件器械、42 例术后患者作为观察组,9 名消毒供应中心的护士均参与2 组时间段的研究.对照组给予常规质量管理,观察组实施优质消毒供应中心手术器械清洗质量管理体系.比较2 组的器械管理质量等指标.结果 实施 3 个月和 6 个月后,观察组的供应中心护士消毒意识、器械消毒流程规范化评分,回收、灭菌、包装、消毒、发放各方面的工作质量评分,以及器械清洁合格率、消毒合格率、包装合格率均高于对照组(P均<0.05),且 2 组均优于实施前(P均<0.05).观察组的质量缺陷控制情况和感染发生率均优于对照组(P均<0.05).结论 优质消毒供应中心手术器械清洗质量管理体系的构建对于提升手术器械清洗质量、降低感染风险具有重要价值,且有助于提高护士的消毒意识和器械消毒流程规范性,同时提高消毒供应中心的工作质量.

Objective To explore the application effect of establishing a quality management system for surgical instrument cleaning in a high-quality central sterile supply department.Methods A total of 220 instruments from the central sterile supply department of the 900th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People's Liberation Army,as well as 9 nurses from the supply center and 84 postoperative patients,were selected as the research subjects.The 110 instruments and 42 postoperative patients who participated in the experiment from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group.The 110 devices and 42 postoperative patients who participated in the experiment from July to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 9 nurses from the central sterile supply department participated in the study during these two time periods.The control group received routine quality management,and the observation group received quality management system of surgical instrument cleaning in central sterile supply department.The quality of instrument management and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 and 6 months of implementation,the observation group's supply center nurses'disinfection awareness and standardized instrument disinfection process scores,work quality scores in recycling,sterilization,packaging,disinfection,and distribution,as well as instrument cleaning pass rate,disinfection pass rate,and packaging pass rate were all higher than the control group(P<0.05),and both groups were better than before implementation(P<0.05).The quality defect control and infection rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of a quality management system for surgical instrument cleaning in a high-quality disinfection supply center is of great value in improving the quality of surgical instrument cleaning,reducing the risk of infection,and helping to improve nurses'disinfection awareness and the standardization of instrument disinfection process,while also improving the work quality of the central sterile supply department.
