Abstract
Objective To construct a maternal delivery safety nursing system based on crisis management theory and explore its application effect.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,102 hospitalized pregnant women admitted to the Changshu NO.1 People's Hospital were included in the study.A simple random sampling method was used to divide them into an observation group and a control group(51 cases each).The control group received routine perinatal nursing,while the observation group constructed a maternal delivery safety nursing system based on crisis management theory and applied it.The delivery methods,stage of labor,as well as the incidence of postpartum complications and neonatal adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications and neonatal adverse outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The maternal delivery safety nursing system established based on crisis management theory can help improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the delivery process,and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications and neonatal adverse outcomes.关键词
