摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of treemap incontinence nursing process on incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD)and the continuous optimization plan of the model.Methods A total of 80 incontinence patients admitted to Yuebei People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(30 cases,receiving incontinence routine care)and a study group(50 cases,receiving the treemap incontinence nursing process)according to different nursing methods.The incidence of IAD and and other indicators in the two groups were evaluated.Results The incidence of IAD in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among the patients with IAD,the patients with IAD healing time<4 d in the study group were more than those in the control group,and the patients with IAD healing time≥6 d were less than those in the control group.The number of patients with severity level 2 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treemap incontinence nursing process that has been continuously optimized can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of IAD in incontinence patients,accelerate the healing speed of IAD,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
