国际陆海贸易新通道下西部六省科技服务业竞争力:测度与对策
Competitiveness of science and technology service industry in six western provinces under New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor:Measurement and countermeasures

Abstract
The science and technology service industry,as an emerging industry developed around the entire innovation chain,plays a crucial role in promoting the formation,dissemination,and application of science and technology,providing robust intellectual support for economic and social development.This paper constructed evaluation indicators for the competitiveness of the technology service in-dustry under New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and employed the TOPSIS analysis method to measure and evaluate the com-petitiveness of the science and technology service industry across six provinces within this corridor.The results indicated that:Sichuan generally demonstrated a high level of competitiveness across all years,with Chongqing also performing well and ranking near the top in multiple years.In contrast,Guangxi,Yunnan,and Guizhou showed relatively low competitiveness with little fluctuation across different years.Xizang exhibited extremely low competitiveness in the technology service industry across all years.Finally,this paper proposed several policy recommendations:strengthening the professionalization,scale,and branding of technology service institutions under New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor to improve service quality and efficiency;governments should increase support for the technolo-gy service industry and formulate more favorable policies for taxes,funding,and talent;increasing R&D funding and optimizing the allo-cation of scientific research resources;actively cooperating and exchanging with internationally advanced technology service institutions to introduce advanced international technology and management experience关键词
