Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of computer-assisted cognitive behavioral therapy(CCBT)on perioperative psychological reactions and outcomes in patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 114 patients who received EMR treatment at the First People's Hospital of Zhangjiagang City from September 2021 to December 2022 as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 57 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the intervention group received CCBT intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention effect was evaluated using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI),Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),as well as patients'blood pressure and heart rate. Results The SAI,PHQ-9,AIS,and MoCA scores of the intervention group were compared with those of the control group at 1 h before and 48 h after surgery, and the intervention group scored better than the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate of the intervention group were better than those of the control group 1 h before surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before intervention and 48 h after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion CCBT can effectively improve the anxiety, depression, sleep quality, cognitive level,as well as blood pressure and heart rate of EMR patients during the perioperative period.关键词
