Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of aerobic exercise combined with Morita therapy in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic schizophrenia treated at the Fourth People's Hospital of Liaocheng from April 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and randomized into groups using a random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing methods,while the observation group received aerobic exercise combined with Morita therapy.The recovery of cognitive function and other aspects were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 2 months of intervention,the random error count,total error count,as well as the scores of the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale and the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group at the same time.The number of completed classifications,as well as the levels of serum glial cell linederived neurotrophic factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05),and both groups were better than before intervention(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher overall satisfaction rate with nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with Morita therapy can effectively improve the cognitive function and serum levels of patients with chronic schizophrenia,alleviate clinical symptoms,and have high nursing satisfaction.关键词
