基于水稻籽粒面积和直径性状的QTL定位及分析
QTL Mapping and Analysis Based on Grain Area and Diameter Traits in Rice

Abstract
To explore the QTL of grain area and diameter traits,based on the recombinant self-bred families derived from the V20B/CPSLO17 genetic background and the high-density genetic linkage map,the QTL detection of grain area and diameter traits and the analysis of their genetic effects were conducted for two consecutive years.The results showed that a total of 9 QTLs of grain area and 9 QTLs of grain diameter were detected in two years.The LOD values of the 9 grain areas ranged from 2.56 to 6.25,and the variation range of phenotypic contribution rate was 5.861 4%to 16.077 8%.The LOD values of the 9 grain diameters ranged from 2.62 to 6.39,and the variation range of phenotypic contribution rate was 6.012 7%to 15.985 8%.The positioning intervals of the 9 grain area QTLs were exactly the same as those of the 9 grain diameter QTLs.The phenotypic contribution rates of the four QTLs(qGA5-1/qGD5-1,qGA5-2/qGD5-2,qGA8-3/qGD8-3 and qGA8-2/qGD8-2)exceeded 10%.2 QTLs(qGA5-2/qGD5-2 and qGA2-1/qGD2-1)were repeatedly detected three times.There were only 6 candidate genes at the qGA51/qGD5-1 locus and only 2 candidate genes at the qGA8-1/qGD8-1 locus.关键词
