红松不同无性系自交和异交授粉种实性状分析
Analysis on Seed Traits in Self-pollination and Cross-pollination of Different Clones of Pinus koraiensis

Abstract
To evaluate the differences in seed traits of different clones of Pinus koraiensis after self-pol-lination and cross-pollination,explore the possibility of producing offspring from self-pollonation of Pinus koraiensis,a '3×3' double row mating design was adopted to control pollination of three clones of Pinus koraiensis,by measuring the fruit setting rate,external morphology of seeds,nutrients,and sowing conditions after pollination,the differences in seed traits between self-pollinated and cross-pollinated offspring were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the fruit setting rate of clones 20 and 11 through self-pollination was higher than that of their outcrossing combinations.There was no significant difference in the overall phenotypic traits of cones and seeds in the offspring of self-pollination and cross-pollination.The YC/N ratio of cone scales in the self-pollinated offspring of clone 11 was higher than that of the outcrossing combination,reflecting a higher carbon sequestration capacity.The seeds obtained from self-pollination showed higher nutrient accumulation and germina-tion rates in clones 20 and 37.The coefficient of variation and membership function values of seed traits indicated that the self-crossing combinations of 37×37 and 11×11 were superior to their out-crossing combinations.Therefore,the self-pollinated Pinus koraiensis could produce offspring,and there was no significant difference in seed traits between self-pollination and cross-polliation in the three clones.It was preliminarily believed that self-crossing combinations of 37×37 and 11×11 were better than outcrossing group,and could be further studied and utilized in future breeding work.关键词
