Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of goal-oriented pathway nursing combined with psychological suggestive education model in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 210 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who underwent PCI treatment at Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were enrolled.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into two groups.Among the group,105 patients in the control group received routine nursing,while 105 patients in the observation group received goal-oriented pathway nursing combined with psychological suggestive education.The self-care ability,cardiac function,and occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 and 3 months after surgery.The left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and both groups were significantly better than at admission(P<0.05).The total incidence of MACE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of goal-oriented pathway nursing and psychological suggestive education model can help improve self-care ability of patients after PCI,promote to recover cardiac function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative MACE.关键词
