Characteristics and Phylogenetic Analysis of the Complete Chloroplast Genome in Carpinus stipulata

Abstract
To learn about the genetic composition of Carpinus stipulata and its systemic relationship with related plants,the chloroplast genome of Carpinus stipulata was sequenced and analyzed through high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics methods.The results showed that the chloroplast genome of Carpinus stipulata was a tetrad structure,with a length of 159 401 bp,a total GC content of 36.42%,and contained 130 genes,including 85 protein-coding genes,37 tRNA genes and 8 rRNA genes had the largest number of codons encoding leucine,and the third base of the codon with RSCU>1 had a higher A/U preference.A total of 72 simple repetitive sequence sites were identified,among which A/T base sites accounted for the vast majority.The variation sites of the chloroplast genome of Carpinus plants mainly existed in the large single copy region and the small single copy region.The results of phylogenetic analysis indicated that Carpinus stipulata was the most closely related to the Carpinus tientaiensis W.C.Cheng.关键词
