Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based humanistic care nursing on self-efficacy and psychological emotion in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The study period was from June 2021 to June 2022.Participants were selected from 98 patients diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received evidence-based humanistic care nursing.The negative emotion and self-efficacy of the two groups were evaluated,and the incidence of complications was calculated.Results Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).At discharge and one month follow-up after discharge,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups were significantly reduced compared to before the intervention(P<0.05).Inter group numerical comparison showed that the observation group had lower values(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in both groups were significantly higher than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing evidence-based humanistic care nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage has positive significance in enhancing their self-efficacy and reducing their psychological burden,and has ideal preventive effects on potential complications.关键词
