集束化护理联合立奇膏及新型敷料在不可分期压力性损伤患者中的应用效果
Effect of cluster nursing combined with Liqi ointment and new dressings in patients with unstageable pressure injuries
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of cluster nursing combined with Liqi ointment and new dressings in patients with unstageable pressure injuries.Methods A total of 126 patients with unstageable pressure injuries were admitted to the Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from May 2021 to June 2023.According to the different intervention methods,the patients were divided into a combination group(42 cases),a new drug group(41 cases),and a conventional group(43 cases).The conventional group received general nursing and Liqi ointment treatment;in addition to the conventional group,the new drug group received another combined treatment with new dressings;in addition to the new drug group,the combination group received cluster nursing.Clinical efficacy and other conditions were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combination group was higher than that in the new drug group and the conventional group,and the time for eschar detachment at 25%,50%,75%,and 100%was shorter than that in the conventional group and the new drug group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,and Numerical Rating Scale in all three groups decreased compared to those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of the combination group were lower than those of the new drug group and the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cluster nursing,Liqi ointment,and new dressings has significant therapeutic effects on patients with unstageable pressure injuries,shortens the time for eschar detachment,accelerates healing speed,and relieves patients'psychological stress and wound pain.关键词
