'京沧1号'采前缩果的转录组分析
Transcriptome Analysis of Pre-harvest Fruit Shrinkage of 'Jingcang No.1'

Abstract
To explore the relevant regulatory mechanisms of Ziziphus jujuba resistance to fruit shrink-age,the fruits of Ziziphus jujuba(Jingcang No.1)were used as experimental materials.Transcrip-tome sequencing was conducted on them to analyze the expression of differential genes among differ-ent degrees of fruit shrinkage of Ziziphus jujuba and screen the genes related to fruit shrinkage of Ziziphus jujuba.The transcriptome sequencing results indicated that the three comparison groups(ck vs CZS,ck vs QZS,CZS vs QZS)screened out 3 156,2 007 and 2 858 DEGs respectively.GO enrichment analysis indicated that differentially expressed genes were mainly associated with respon-ses to trauma,responses to decreased oxygen levels,cellular responses to oxygen levels,and cellular responses to decreased oxygen content,etc.KEGG pathway analysis indicated that metabolic path-ways,biosynthesis of secondary metabolites,plant-pathogen interactions,plant hormone signal transduction,MAPK signaling pathway-protein processing in plants and endoplasmic reticulum were co-enriched in the three treatment groups.The differentially expressed genes in the fruits of the Ziziphus jujuba were most enriched in the plant-pathogen interaction and plant hormone signal trans-duction pathways.关键词
