基于地方特色农业产业链的智慧农业人才培养探析

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,smart agriculture has become a key force in promoting agricultural modernization.The development of local characteristic agricultural industrial chains has received increasing attention.At the same time,the demand for new agricultural talents has become increasingly prominent.Based on the development of smart agriculture and the characteristics and needs of local characteristic agricultural industry chains,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and challenges in the current agricultural talent training model,and explores how to build and improve a new model for training smart agricultural talents that meets the needs of local characteristic agricultural industry chains by reconstructing the curriculum system,optimizing curriculum settings,strengthening the construction of the teaching team,deepening the integration of industry,academia,and integrating industrial chain resources.It is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the education and teaching reform of smart agriculture majors in local colleges and universities and the exploration and practice of smart agricultural talent training models in local characteristic agricultural industry chains.关键词
