健脾固胎方联合西医治疗对胎儿生长受限患者促血管生成素及血同型半胱氨酸水平的影响
Impact of Jianpi Gutai prescription combined with western medicine therapy on angiopoietin and blood homocysteine levels in patients with fetal growth restriction

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the impact of Jianpi Gutai prescription combined with western medicine on the levels of angiopoietin(Ang)-1,Ang-2,and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with fetal growth restriction(FGR),and to explore its regulatory effects on fetal growth and placental hemodynamics.Methods Sixty-six patients with FGR diagnosed and treated in Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=33)and combined treatment group(n=33),based on a random number table method.The combined treatment group received Jianpi Gutai prescription combined with western medicine treatment,while control group received western medicine treatment alone.The levels of Ang-1,Ang-2,Hcy,fetal growth indicators,and placental hemodynamic parameters were evaluated at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment initiation,as well as at delivery.Results After 8 weeks of treatment and at the time of delivery,the levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 in combined treatment group were significantly higher,while the level of Hcy was significantly lower,compared to control group(P<0.05).The fetal head circumference,abdominal circumference,femur length,and estimated fetal weight were significantly better in combined treatment group than those in control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the umbilical artery S/D ratio and the fetal middle cerebral artery pulsatility index showed significant improvement in combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Jianpi Gutai prescription combined with western medicine for patients with FGR demonstrates significant efficacy.It not only reduces Hcy levels but also improves placental blood flow and fetal growth in patients with.FGR.关键词
