摘要

Abstract

The flavonol synthase gene(FLS)has the function of significantly increasing the flavonoid content in plants.The FfeFLS gene was obtained through gene cloning from Ferula feruloides,and the protein encoded by it was predicted and analyzed.The results showed that the isoelectric point of the protein was 5.67,which was a hydrophilic protein,and there were many functional elements relat-ed to flavonoid synthesis,hormones,and light responses.The gene sequence had the highest homolo-gy with carrots.The results of qRT-PCR indicated that FfeFLS multiferulic was expressed in April,May and June,but the expression level in June was significantly higher than that in other months.
