谷子种质资源表型性状遗传多样性分析
Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Phenotypic Traits of Foxtail Millet Germplasm Resources

Abstract
The phenotypic genetic diversity of 197 foxtail millet germplasm resources was analyzed.The results showed that the genetic diversity index(H′)range of the eight quality traits was 0.522-1.246,and there were differences among different varieties.The variation coefficients of 12 quantitative traits ranged from 7.89%to 139.07%,among which four traits were greater than 20.00%,followed by panicle weight per plant,grain weight per plant,panicle diameter and yield.The diversity index ranged from 0.505 to 2.080.The five traits with a relatively high H′(>2.0)included plant height,main panicle length,1000-grain weight,heading-ripening days and yield.Among 197 germplasm resources,21 germplasms had a composite score greater than 0.5000,and ten germplasms of foxtail millet were selected as excellent germplasms according to phenotypic traits,which provided theoretical basis for the selection of parents and breeding of new varieties of foxtail millet.关键词
