基于成果导向教育的一种新型教学模式在肿瘤护理临床教学中的应用
Application of a new teaching mode based on outcome-based education in clinical teaching of oncology nursing

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode based on outcome-based education(OBE)in clinical teaching of oncology nursing.Methods A total of 100 nursing undergraduate students who interned in the Department of Radiotherapy at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to time.Among them,50 interns from September 2022 to March 2023 were the control group(using traditional teaching mode),and 50 interns from April to September 2023 were the observation group(implementing OBE-based BOPPPS teaching mode).The teaching effectiveness of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in theoretical and operational performance,teaching effectiveness evaluation questionnaire,and self-evaluation learning effectiveness questionnaire(P<0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS teaching mode based on OBE can improve the theoretical and operational performance,clinical thinking ability,and comprehensive ability of nursing interns,and enhance self-evaluation learning and teaching effectiveness.关键词
