摘要
Abstract
The nursing experience of a patient with septic shock caused by pulmonary infection,combined with acute-on-chronic liver failure and disseminated intravascular coagulation was summarized.This study adopted comprehensive nursing measures including sepsis cluster nursing,refined bleeding and anticoagulation care,artificial liver support system combined with hepatoprotective drugs,continuous renal replacement therapy,nutritional support,and early rehabilitation exercise.After 18 days of active treatment and nursing in the intensive care unit,the patient's condition improved and was transferred to the department of nephrology for further treatment.关键词
