摘要

Abstract

In recent years,the research on regulating crop growth and development through exogenous proteins in plants has provided new ideas for agricultural production increase.In order to investigate the influence of AMEP protein on corn photosyn-thesis,the leaf surface of two-leaf-one-heart stage corn seedlings was sprayed with 0.1 mg/mL AMEP protein,and the morpholog-ical indicators,growth indicators and photosynthesis parameters of corn seedlings were measured from 1 to 5 days later.The re-sults show that under the action of AMEP protein,the morphological indicators and growth indicators of corn seedlings increased significantly.The height,leaf area,root length and root tip number of the AMEP proteome increased by 26.7%,7.5%,29.6%and 70.5%respectively compared with the control strain,and the fresh weight and dry weight increased by 11.1%and 24.3%respectively.At the same time,the photosynthesis rate of corn was significantly improved.The chlorophyll content,stomatal con-ductance,and transpiration rate were increased by 25.2%,16.7%,and 46.1%,respectively.The intercellular carbon dioxide con-centration was negatively correlated with the net photosynthesis rate.The intercellular carbon dioxide concentration was reduced by 10.2%,and the net photosynthesis rate was increased by 46.1%.In summary,AMEP protein can effectively improve the net photosynthesis rate of corn seedlings and thereby improve the photosynthesis of corn.
