高校植物病毒可视化实验教学项目探索与实践

Abstract
This study aims to develop two plant virus visualization experiments using Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP)technology and fluorescent labeling techniques,providing new perspectives and practical methods for the reform of plant protection experimental teaching.After collecting plant samples suspected of tobacco mosaic viral infection,students extracted nucleic acids and processed the samples using LAMP technology.The presence of the target virus was determined by observing the color change in the reaction mixture.Additionally,students inoculated healthy Nicotiana benthamiana plants with TMV-GFP and monitoring viral trafficking using green fluorescent protein(GFP)labeling.The implementation of these two plant virus visualization experiments provided students with an intuitive learning experience.Not only did it broaden their horizons and stimulate their interest in learning,but it also enhanced their innovative spirit and practical abilities.关键词
