脑小血管病与2型糖尿病患者主观认知能力下降的关系研究
Relationship between cerebral small vessel disease and subjective cognitive decline in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)and subjective cognitive decline(SCD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 118 patients with T2DM admitted to the General Hospital of Shaoxing Second Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to the cognitive function of the patients,they were divided into the SCD(observation group)of 55 cases and the control group of 63 cases.The general data of the two groups of patients were collected and compared,the CSVD indicators were detected,and the influencing factors for SCD in patients with T2DM were analyzed by logistic stepwise regression.Results The years of education in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the levels of cerebral artery stenosis,glycated hemoglobin,low-density lipoprotein,and insulin resistance in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with the differences statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The total scores of white matter hypersignal(WMH)and enlarged perivascular space,the number of deep brain microbleeds,and the number of lacuna in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The total score of WMH,the number of deep brain microbleeds and the total score of CSVD indicators were all influencing factors for SCD in patients with T2DM(all P＜0.05).Conclusion CSVD is related to SCD in patients with T2DM.WMH,cerebral microbleeds and CSVD indicators are all influencing factors for SCD in patients with T2DM.关键词
