Abstract
The growth environment of the new generation of rural teachers is separated from the countryside and is estranged from local culture.They lack recognition of local culture,resulting in insufficient endogenous development motivation.It is manifested in the lack of cultural identity leading to professional development burnout,the lack of cultural self-confidence leading to the dwarfing of professional missions,and the lack of cultural practice leading to the suspension of professional identity.Local cultural awareness,local cultural knowledge,local cultural emotion,and local cultural practice are key elements for promoting the endogenous development motivation of the new generation of rural teachers with cultural consciousness.To this end,it is necessary to increase cultural support and create fertile ground for the growth of cultural consciousness;promote local cultural practice and enrich opportunities for the practice of cultural consciousness;introspect cultural consciousness and expand the growth space for cultural consciousness.关键词
