Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of serum homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin C(Cys C),and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in predicting the short-term prognosis of stroke patients underwent intravenous thrombolysis.Methods A total of 116 stroke patients admitted to the Chun'an First People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)28 days after treatment,the patients were divided into a poor prognosis group(mRS Score ≥3 points)with 38 cases and a good prognosis group(mRS Score ≤2 points)with 78 cases.The levels of serum Hcy,Cys C and eGFR of the two groups of patients were compared.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of poor short-term prognosis,and the ROC curve was used to evaluate the efficacy of each factor in predicting poor short-term prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis in stroke patients.Results The levels of serum Hcy and Cys C in the poor prognosis group were both higher than those in the good prognosis group,and the level of eGFR was lower than that in the good prognosis group,the differences of which were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that serum Hcy,serum Cys C,NIHSS score and eGFR were all independent influencing factors for poor short-term prognosis(all P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the combination of Hcy,Cys C and eGFR had a higher efficacy in predicting the poor short-term prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis in stroke patients(AUC=0.855).Conclusion The combined detection of serum Hcy,Cys C and eGFR is helpful for the evaluation of the short-term prognosis of stroke patients underwent intravenous thrombolysis.关键词
