A型肉毒素面部注射对帕金森病患者精神心理症状的疗效观察
Therapeutic efficacy of botulinum toxin type A for psychopathological symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A)on psychopathological symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods A total of 64 patients with PD complicated by psychopathological symptoms admitted to Huai'an First People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from May 2023 to May 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into a treatment group(local facial injection of BTX-A,n=32)and a control group(local facial injection of 0.9％sodium chloride solution,n=32)using a random number table.The correlation between Hoehn-Yahr staging and Cornell Medical Index(CMI)self-rating questionnaire scores before treatment was analyzed in PD patients with psychopathological symptoms.CMI self-rating questionnaire scores before and after treatment,as well as the efficacy at 56-day post-treatment,were compared between the two groups.Results Two patients in each group withdrew from the study due to illness or loss to follow-up,leaving 30 patients in each group who completed the treatment and follow-up.Before treatment,Hoehn-Yahr staging was significantly correlated with CMI self-rating questionnaire scores for somatization(rs=0.312),medical history and health status(rs=-0.253),anxiety(rs=0.342),depression(rs=0.251),maladjustment(rs=0.433),anger(rs=0.482),tension(rs=0.323),and total score(rs=0.431)(all P＜0.05).At 56-day post-treatment,the treatment group had lower CMI self-rating questionnaire scores for somatization,tension,anxiety,depression,and sensitivity compared to the control group(all P＜0.05),and the total effective rate(complete remission+obvious remission+partial remission)was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(63.3％vs.21.9％,P=0.004).Conclusion Local injection of BTX-A can effectively alleviate psychopathological symptoms such as somatization,tension,anxiety,depression,and sensitivity of PD patients.关键词
