大学生村官转型体制内工作的困境与调适

Abstract
Current research on college graduates working in rural areas mainly focuses on their performance during their tenure and the difficulties they encounter in re-employment after their tenure ends.However,there is a lack of follow-up studies on their practical performance after transitioning to public-sector jobs.This study takes college graduates who have successfully transitioned to public-sector jobs as the research subjects and explores the difficulties and adaptations they face through interviews and observations.This can not only enrich the existing theoretical content but also broaden the research perspective on this issue,providing certain employment ideas and practical guidance for college graduates working in rural areas.The research finds that the experience of working in rural areas provides some assistance for their transition to public-sector jobs,facilitating the improvement of work ability and communication skills.However,they also encounter difficulties in work,interpersonal relationships,and identity.Under this background,strategies such as transforming social roles and utilizing social capital can be adopted for adaptation.关键词
