乡村振兴背景下农村基层党组织建设研究

Abstract
The Party is the core of leadership for rural revitalization,and rural primary-level Party organizations are the Party's ruling foundation in rural areas.Rural primary-level Party organizations provide a solid organizational guarantee for rural revitalization.They are the executors and implementers of the Party's lines,principles and policies.They are the core force in promoting rural economic development,leading the construction of rural customs and civilization,and promoting modern rural governance.Protector of the rural ecological environment and defender of the interests of the people.At present,the construction of rural primary-level Party organizations is facing practical difficulties such as difficulty in developing Party members,low quality of Party members,lack of attention to Party member education,and weak organizational cohesion.This paper conducts an investigation and research on the construction of rural primary-level Party organizations in Xiawan Village,Yingqian Town,Shangyou County,Ganzhou City,summarizes and summarizes the experience and practices in the construction of primary-level Party organizations in Xiawan Village,and provides reference for Party building work in other areas.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in view of the shortcomings of primary-level Party building in Xiawan Village.关键词
