Abstract
As a special factor of production and basic means of living,land occupies a fundamental position in China's rural economic and social development.For a long time,affected by the traditional land system and the dual urban-rural structure,China's rural homestead has shown problems such as unclear ownership,low utilization efficiency,and imperfect exit mechanism,which seriously restricts the release of rural development vitality.With the continuous adjustment and optimization of land policies,the reform of the rural homestead system has become an important breakthrough in deepening the reform of the rural land system.Based on the perspective of land policy,this paper,on the basis of sorting out the evolution of land policy and the changes of rural homestead institutions,deeply analyzes the motivations of rural homestead reform from the perspective of land policy,and then explores the realistic path of rural homestead reform,and proposes corresponding Supporting policy recommendations,with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving rural homestead management,revitalizing rural existing construction land,and promoting sustainable rural economic and social development.关键词
