基于农户视角的果蔬农产品供应链风险评估与控制研究

Abstract
In recent years,fruits and vegetables agricultural products have become increasingly important in daily consumption.Studying the stability of the fruit and vegetable agricultural product supply chain plays an important role in the development and management of the fruit and vegetable agricultural product supply chain.Based on the perspective of farmers,this paper conducts a research on the risk management of the fruit and vegetable agricultural products supply chain of the First Division of Xinjiang.It actually analyzes the impact of various risks of farmers in the supply chain,and discusses the supply chain of fruits and vegetables agricultural products of the First Division from the perspectives of prediction,control and management.Builds a supply chain risk evaluation indicator system,thereby proposing targeted optimization development suggestions,aiming to promote the stability and high-quality development of the first division of fruits and vegetables agricultural products supply chain.关键词
