科教融汇背景下农林类气象创新型人才培养的探索与实践

Abstract
As a major issue related to the sustainable development of all mankind,global climate change has significantly enhanced the demand and importance of cultivating innovative talents in agriculture and forestry meteorology.In this context,"integration of science and education",as a new direction for the development of higher education,has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the innovation of agricultural and forestry meteorology courses.At present,the cultivation of innovative meteorological talents in agriculture and forestry faces multiple difficulties such as insufficient educational resources and facilities,and separation of scientific research and teaching.In order to effectively respond to these challenges,this paper deeply discusses the teaching strategy of deep integration of"theory+case",the strengthened practical model of"combining reality and reality",the expansion and extension ways of"cross-border collaboration",and the innovative practical mechanism of"integration of industry and education",with a view to cultivating more meteorological talents with excellent innovative capabilities and interdisciplinary literacy,and laying a solid talent foundation for green transformation and high-quality development in the field of agriculture and forestry.关键词
