中药学研究生延期毕业与就业情况相关性研究
Research on the correlation between deferred graduation and employment situation of Chinese Materia Medica postgraduates:a case study of B University of Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between delayed graduation and employment status among postgraduate students in Chinese pharmacy and to clarify the impact of delayed graduation on employment.Methods Taking postgraduate students in Chinese pharmacy at B University of Chinese Medicine as subjects,this study analyzed the relationship between delayed graduation,the duration of the delay,and employment status using employment indicators such as"employment city level""employer type"and"unemployment duration".Results The findings indicate that delayed graduation and its duration affect both master's and doctoral students in Chinese pharmacy,with a relatively lower impact on doctoral students.However,the correlation trend between delay duration and employment status was similar for both groups:the longer the delay,the longer the unemployment duration,the lower the employment city level,and the less stable and lower-tier the employer type.Conclusion The impact of delayed graduation on the employment prospects of postgraduate students in Chinese pharmacy is not optimistic.Overall,the employment quality of delayed graduates is slightly lower than that of those who graduate on time.Although the specific causes require further investigation,these findings highlight the need for TCM universities to strengthen academic and career guidance,reduce the occurrence of delayed graduation,and,in particular,prevent students from voluntarily delaying graduation as a means of avoiding employment.关键词
