中医药高校毕业生就业观念现状及影响因素研究
Study on the current status and influencing factors of employment concepts among graduates of traditional Chinese medicine universities

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of employment concepts among graduates of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)universities and propose corresponding countermeasures to achieve high-quality and sufficient employment.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 2 007 graduates randomly selected in June 2023 from six TCM universities(Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hebei University of Chinese Medicine,Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine).The survey focused on four dimensions:employment location selection,employment intention destination,job position preference,and salary expectation.Results A total of 77.93%of graduates chose to work in first-tier or new first-tier cities,reflecting the imbalance in the distribution of TCM resources;41.16%of graduates preferred to work in public institutions,showing a tendency toward job stability;19.58%of graduates only considered positions directly related to their major,indicating a low correlation between intended positions and their field of study;the average expected salary of graduates was 12,534.57 yuan,suggesting a relatively high overall salary expectation.Conclusion TCM universities should refine their employment guidance,adopt a student-centered approach,enhance students'internship and practical experiences,gain an in-depth understanding of the job market and employers,and focus on shaping students'employment values to promote grassroots employment among TCM graduates.关键词
