绝经状态与血脂异常的相关性研究
Correlation between menopause status and dyslipidemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment strategies of cardiovascular diseases by investigating the dyslipidemia of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 909 women aged 40 to 70 who received physical examination in Hangzhou Women's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into perimenopause and postmenopause according to the"stages of reproductive aging workshop+10(STRAW+10)"staging system,and the related indexes of blood lipids in each group were analyzed.Results The average age of total subjects was(52.38±7.81)years old,body mass index was(22.13±2.79)kg/m2;total cholesterol level was(200.53±38.20)mg/dl,triglyceride level was(114.56±74.14)mg/dl,high density lipoprotein level was(61.95±14.13)mg/dl,and low density lipoprotein level was(94.13±23.96)mg/dl.The total cholesterol[(208.64±39.71)mg/dl],triglycerides[(130.69±86.56 mg/dl)],and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol[(98.25±24.15)mg/dl]in postmenopausal women are higher than those in perimenopausal women[(191.59±34.34)mg/dl,(96.74±54.88)mg/dl,(89.59±22.94)mg/dl],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prevalence of dyslipidemia and mixed hyperlipidemia in postmenopausal women was 66.46％and 19.53％respectively,which was significantly higher than that in perimenopausal women(P<0.05).Conclusion With the increase of age,the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol all showed a significant upward trend,and the prevalence of dyslipidemia in postmenopausal women was significantly higher than that in perimenopausal women.They are both at high risk for dyslipidemia.Perimenopause and postmenopausal women should be regularly tested for blood lipid levels,to timely detection,diagnosis and treatment of dyslipidemia,and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases,improve postmenopausal health and quality of life.关键词
