民间中医继承人培养路径初探
Preliminary exploration of the training pathways for folk traditional Chinese medicine inheritors

Abstract
Folk traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has played an irreplaceable role in the inheritance and development of TCM.Folk TCM inheritors are essential for ensuring the continuous transmission of folk medical knowledge,bearing the crucial responsibility of preserving and advancing this tradition.However,the current state of folk TCM inheritance is concerning,with many practitioners facing a lack of successors and interruptions in transmission.Zhejiang Chinese Medical University has initiated the"Talent Recruitment"Plan to address these challenges by identifying the current status of folk TCM inheritor teams and analyzing the constraints in the inheritance process.The university has actively recruited folk TCM practitioners and implemented mentorship programs.This study explores and practices various pathways to cultivate folk TCM inheritors,including the search and integration of folk TCM practitioners and teams,the establishment of folk TCM mentorship groups,the promotion of experimental apprenticeship classes,the classification of mentorship education programs,the improvement of the certification mechanism for folk TCM inheritors,and the optimization of career advancement channels.These efforts aim to stabilize and foster the sustainable development of folk TCM inheritor teams,ultimately enhancing the inheritance and development of folk TCM.关键词
