基于SWOT分析的中医药外译人才国学素养培育及其优化策略
Strategies for improving TCM translation talents'literacy of Chinese classics based on SWOT analysis

Abstract
Chinese classics are the soul and foundation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and also the foothold of the"going global"of TCM.However,there exists a contradiction between the current weakness in the Chinese classics education of TCM translation talents and the demand for their literacy of Chinese classics in the TCM intercultural translation and communication.With the SWOT analysis tool,this paper explores the internal and external factors that affect the improvement of TCM translation talents'literacy of Chinese classics,and puts forward some strategies which include integrating the resources of Chinese classics for implementing national guidance,focusing on the empowerment of Chinese classics by breaking the discipline barriers,optimizing the frame of Chinese classics education by concerning its core elements,and enhancing cognition towards the value of Chinese classics by motivating the educational subjects and objects.This study aims to provide a reference for improving the TCM translation talents'literacy of Chinese classics and enhancing their intercultural translation competence.关键词
