牛磺酸对豆粕型肠炎许氏平鲉生长、肠道功能及炎症调控的影响
Effects of Taurine on Growth,Intestinal Function and Inflammation Regulation of Sebastes schlegelii with Soybean Meal-induced Enteritis

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the repair effect of dietary taurine on the intestines of Sebastes schlegelii infected with soybean meal-induced enteritis(SBMIE).[Method]Four isonitrogen and isoenergetic experimental diets were designed.The base formula was supplemented with 0,0.8%,1.6%,and 2.4%taurine(control,0.8%,1.6%,and 2.4%),respectively.480 SBMIE-S.schlegelii with initial body mass of(54.94±0.08)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 40 fish per replicate.The culture experiment was conducted for 56 days.After the experiment,growth performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activity,tissue structure,tight junction protein and inflammatory factor gene expression were measured.[Result]The weight gain rate of fish in group 0.8%and 1.6%were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The intestinal mass and intestinalsomatic index in group 1.6%were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),1.16 g and 1.31%,respectively.Intestinal chymotrypsin and trypsin activity of fish were significant increased by the supplementation of dietary taurine(P<0.05).The duplicature height and muscle thickness of intestine were significantly increased by taurine(P<0.05),with the 1.6%group exhibiting the highest values of 487.27 μm and 125.42 μm.The relative expression of intestinal Occludin and CLND15 in group 1.6%and 2.4%were significantly up-regulated while ZO-1 in group 0.8%and 1.6%were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).The relative expression of intestinal inflammatory factors IL-1β and IL-15 of fish in all treatment groups were significantly down-regulated(P<0.05).The expression levels of IL-8 in group 0.8%and 1.6%and TLR-8 in group 0.8%and 2.4%were significantly down-regulated(P<0.05).The relative expression of intestinal anti-inflammatory factor IL-12b in all treatment groups was significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate,lipase activity and duplicature number among all groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Under the experimental conditions,the addition of 1.6%(mass fraction)taurine could significantly improve the growth performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and intestinal tissue structure,regulate the expression of intestinal tight-junction protein-related genes,intestinal inflammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors of SBMIE-S.schlegelii.关键词
