中医全科专业课程多元化考核评价体系的构建初探
Preliminary exploration on the construction of a diversified assessment and evaluation system for traditional Chinese medicine general practice courses:a case study on integrative Chinese and Western rehabilitation medicine

Abstract
The cultivation of rural-oriented medical students is a major measure to deepen medical reform and strengthen the construction of County Medical Community and the construction of general practitioner,and is also an important part of realizing the"Healthy China Strategy".It is an urgent task to construct a teaching evaluation system for undergraduate order-oriented medical students.Diversified assessment can effectively solve the shortcomings of traditional summative assessment,such as single form and solidified content,and can evaluate the teaching effect in an all-round way.Taking the course of"Rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine"as the starting point,this paper attempts to construct an assessment and evaluation system for medical students majoring in general practice of traditional Chinese medicine in line with the requirements of education in the new era,by forming the evaluation subject of teacher-student-third party,formulating a diversified evaluation system and establishing an evaluation feedback mechanism.The research results show that the evaluation system is helpful to improve the quality of teaching and can provide reference for the formulation of a replicable talent training model.关键词
