摘要

Abstract

Hainan's cultural and tourism industry,empowered by the free trade port policies,has become a strategic pillar of regional economic development.As products of cultural tourism relying on cultural resources,Hainan's cultural tourism products can no longer fully meet the innovation needs of the industry and the diverse market demands with their single innovation mode in function.It is a question worth pondering how to leverage the advantages of Hainan's regional culture to empower the design of cultural tourism products,achieving a transition from"functional value-added"to"meaningful value-added"and constructing a sustainable innovative design model.Based on the theoretical foundations of innovation of meaning and cultural transfer,this study proposes a"culture-meaning"double helix driven innovative design model,which can,to some extent,address the issues and dilemmas currently faced in the innovative design of Hainan's cultural tourism products.This model aims to overcome the phenomenon of excess creativity in product functions but insufficient innovation in meaning,providing new ideas for the innovative design of cultural tourism products.
