Abstract
Carbon finance support is an important"roll booster"for driving the development of new marine productivity.It is nec-essary to study the practical difficulties and governance of carbon finance support for the development of the marine industry under the background of the"dual carbon"goal.The marine carbon finance market is facing practical challenges such as institutional deficien-cies,malfunctioning trading price mechanisms,imbalanced and insufficient development,shortage of"blue+technology"composite tal-ents,and information asymmetry.Through the governance path of"strategic guidance—process integration—data tracking",we will strengthen the legal construction of marine carbon finance,improve the carbon finance trading market and accounting supervision mecha-nism,enhance the training of"Marine Carbon Finance+Science and technology"inter-disciplinary talents,and improve the marine carbon information disclosure mechanism,effectively resolving the practical challenges and releasing new momentum for the development of the marine industry.关键词
