Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of rehabilitation nursing strategies based on core muscle training and health education in postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Ninety patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in Jiangbei Branch,Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(45 cases in each group)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on core muscle training and health education on the basis of the treatment provided to the control group.The postoperative rehabilitation compliance and the lumbar joint range of motion between the two groups were compared.Results At 1 and 2 months after surgery,the levels of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine,prostaglandin E2,and the Oswestry Disability Index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period.The lumber joint mobility including anterior lumbar flexion and posterior lumber extension,and the score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Scale were higher than those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).Both groups showed better performance in various indicators at 1 and 2 months after surgery compared to 1 day after surgery,and better performance at 2 months after surgery compared to the 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).At 2 months after surgery,the total compliance rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing strategies based on core muscle group training and health education can improve lumbar spine function and pain perception in patients with lumbar disc herniation after surgery,and enhance their rehabilitation compliance and joint mobility.关键词
