基于计划行为理论的营养护理与健康教育在血液透析患者中的应用效果
Application effect of nutritional nursing and health education based on the theory of planned behavior in patients with hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of nutritional nursing and health education based on the theory of planned behavior in patients with hemodialysis.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from February 2021 to August 2023 were enrolled as the subjects of the study.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving nutritional nursing and health education based on the theory of planned behavior),with 75 patients in each group.The intervention status of the two groups was compared.Results After 1 and 2 months of intervention,the hemoglobin level,the albumin level,the transferrin level,the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,and Exercise of Self-Care Agency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,and β2-microglobulin were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and both groups were better than pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).Additionally,the indicator levels and scores of both groups were better after 2 months of intervention than after 1 month of intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional nursing and health education based on the theory of planned behavior can improve the nutritional level and renal function in patients with hemodialysis,reduce the incidence of complications,and enhance their quality of life and self-nursing skills.关键词
