工程项目中招投标与合同管理的协同设计模式探讨

Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction industry,the collaborative design mode of engineering project bidding and contract management has gradually become the key strategy to improve the project management level and reduce the project risk.In traditional engineering project management,bidding and contract management are often two independent stages.Poor information transmission and insufficient communication and cooperation often lead to project delay,cost overspend and other problems.Through the establishment of a unified information sharing platform and communication and cooperation mechanism,the collaborative design mode ensures that the parties involved in the project can interact efficiently in the bidding and contract management process,so as to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the project.Through the detailed analysis of the project bidding and contract management process,this paper discusses the application of the collaborative design mode in the actual project management,and puts forward the specific implementation strategies.关键词
