Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of family participation health education path combined with targeted psychological intervention in patients after mechanical heart valve replacement.Methods Eighty patients who underwent mechanical heart valve replacement at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random drawing method.Forty patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,and forty patients in the observation group received family participation health education path and targeted psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 and 6 months after discharge,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The above scores in both groups were lower than those at admission(P<0.05).The total medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family participation health education path combined with targeted psychological intervention in the extended care of patients after mechanical heart valve replacement can effectively alleviate their depression and anxiety,improve their quality of life,enhance their medication compliance,and help prevent the occurrence of complications.关键词
