摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of implementing quality chain nursing model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its impact on patients'pulmonary function and psychological status,etc.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the general data of 112 COPD patients admitted to Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to June 2023.According to the 1∶1 ratio numerical list method,they were randomly divided into a control group(56 cases)and an observation group(56 cases).The pulmonary function,blood gas indicators,and psychological status were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results At discharge,the observation group had higher levels of one second rate(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)than the control group,and lower levels of partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the observation group had lower scores on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)compared to the control group(P<0.05).The above indicators and scores of both groups were better than before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality chain nursing has a significant improvement effect on pulmonary function,blood gas indicators,and psychological status of COPD patients.关键词
