Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of rehabilitation training intervention combined with incentive nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2021 to October 2023 were enrolled for the study,and they were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received basic nursing,while the observation group(40 cases)received rehabilitation training intervention combined with incentive nursing on the basis of the control group's nursing methods.The pain degree,cervical mobility,and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the angles of cervical flexion,extension,left lateral flexion,and right lateral flexion in both groups increased compared to pre-intervention levels.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain decreased compared to pre-intervention levels,and the scores of Short-Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)increased compared to pre-intervention levels.After the intervention,the observation group exhibited higher cervical mobility,lower pain scores and higher quality of life scores compared to the control group,and the differences between the above results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training intervention combined with incentive nursing can alleviate the pain degree in patients with cervical spondylosis,improve their cervical range of motion,and enhance their quality of life.关键词
