Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the current situation of continuous care needs for pulmonary tuberculosis patients after long-term anti-disease treatment, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 200 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who received anti-disease treatment at Liaocheng Infectious Disease Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022.A self-made questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the continuous care needs of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and single factor and logistic regression models were used to analyze the main factors affecting patients'continuous care needs. Results The overall level of the average score for continuous care needs was relatively high, with medication guidance,follow-up and medical guidance, and nutritional diet guidance ranking among the top three continuous care needs.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the total score of continuous care needs among patients of different ages, education levels, course of disease, medication compliance, and moderate to severe pulmonary tuberculosis(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the course of disease, education level, medication compliance, moderate and severe pulmonary tuberculosis, and depression were the main influencing factors for the continuous care needs of pulmonary tuberculosis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The course of disease, education level, medication compliance, moderate and severe pulmonary tuberculosis and depression are the main influencing factors for the continuous care needs of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. In clinical practice, targeted continuous care strategies should be formulated according to the specific needs of patients and their influencing factors, and appropriate intervention measures should be taken.关键词
