基于隶属函数分析的谷子品种综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation of Millet Varieties Based on Membership Function Analysis

Abstract
[Objective]To determine the identification index for screening and evaluating millet varieties,and to conduct a comprehensive eval-uation of the adaptability of millet varieties.[Method]Comparative experiments were conducted on 12 millet varieties,and comprehensive evalu-ations were conducted on the tested millet varieties through correlation analysis,principal component analysis and membership function analysis of agronomic and yield traits related to millet.[Result]The correlation analysis results indicated that single spike weight,single spike grain weight and grain output were significantly positively correlated with yield.Principal component analysis extracted four principal components,with the first principal component being the yield factor,including single spike weight,single spike grain weight,grain output and yield;the sec-ond principal component was the plant type factor,including plant height and stem weight;the third principal component was the panicle fac-tor,including panicle length;the fourth principal component was grain factor,including thousand grain weight.These index could serve as refer-ence indicators for millet breeding and screening.The membership function analysis results showed that 8311 performed the best,with a compre-hensive evaluation value of 0.96;next were Changzagu 204,Zhangzagu 13,Zhangzagu 3,Menggu 2,Changzagu 2922 and Menghonggu 2,with a comprehensive evaluation value of 0.52-0.63;the comprehensive evaluation value of the remaining varieties was relatively low and their per-formance was poor.[Conclusion]It was determined that single spike weight,single spike grain weight,grain output,yield,plant height,stem weight,spike length and thousand grain weight can be used as important index for comprehensive evaluation and screening of millet varieties.At the same time,seven millet varieties with good comprehensive characteristics were selected,namely:8311,Changzagu 204,Zhangzagu 13,Zhangzagu 3,Menggu 2,Changzagu 2922,and Menghonggu 2.关键词
