利用微卫星标记对6个鲤群体的遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Six Carp Populations by Using Microsatellite Markers

Abstract
The germplasm identification was conducted on six carp species(Cyprinus carpio)by using 15 pairs of microsatellite markers,and their genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship were analyzed.The results showed that the allele frequencies among different populations had wide ranges.The frequencies of 42.07%alleles were equal to or over 0.2,indicating the genetic diversity of these carp populations.A total of 118 alleles were observed on 15 microsatellite loci,the number of effective allele was about 78.213 9,the average Shannon's information in-dex(I)was 1.754 9,demonstrating the genetic diversity among different carp varieties.Through the analysis of allele distribution,it was found that there were certain genetic similarities and distances among different carp species.The research results provided scientific basis for the con-servation and utilization of carp germplasm resources,and the effectiveness of microsatellite markers in germplasm identification was validated.关键词
