摘要

Abstract

To study the potential function of GhHB51 gene in the growth and development of Gossypium hirsutum,and cultivate transgenic cot-ton,so as to lay the foundation for further study of GhHB51 gene function and screening of new excellent cotton germplasm.GhHB51 gene was cloned using the genetic standard line"TM-1"of Gossypium hirsutum,and bioinformatics,transcriptome data and tissue specificity analysis were performed.The gene editing vector was constructed and used to transform cotton by Agrobacterium tumefacion-mediated method.The coding region of the gene was 534 bp,encoding 177 amino acids,containing Homedomain and HALZ domains.The promoter region contains several cis-regulatory elements related to stress response and growth and development,which are significantly expressed under drought stress.The gene editing vector was constructed and successfully transformed into cotton,and 12 transgenic plants were obtained.
